International Shipping Instructions

1. Import tariff standards vary from country to country. If commodity tariffs are required, the buyer must pay them himself.

2. Products cannot be sent to overseas and outer island areas: Oui Organic single essential oil, compound rolling ball essential oil, Sendon Spring spray, Sendon Spring makeup remover, nail polish, perfume, household cleaning products (if the order contains such products , the order will not be sent successfully)

3. International return and exchange procedures are complicated and postage costs are high. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for overseas orders. Please forgive me.

4. Overseas shopping delivery services involve certain risks. If the goods are damaged during the delivery process, the buyer must bear the responsibility.

5. Overseas/outlying island orders are shipped every Friday (shipping range: orders with payment completed at 23:59 from the previous Friday to the current Thursday). Since the working days required for delivery in each region are different, the time required for delivery to arrive , you can check with China Post EMS.

6. Please refer to the shopping cart options for countries that can be delivered. If you have requirements for countries other than the options, please contact us.

Notes on overseas member registration

1. Please use the English name on your passport as the name of the person registering/picking up the goods to avoid being unable to collect the goods.

2. If there are products in the order that cannot be shipped overseas, the overseas shipping option will not appear on the order.
