How to make a return?
Please go to the member area - Check/Check the order within the hesitation period (7 days after receiving the product), select the order you want to return, follow the system steps to apply for return, and complete the relevant refund information (please be sure to fill in the correct information. So as not to affect subsequent funding ), we will arrange logistics personnel to pick up the package within 5-7 working days . The return will be confirmed after the package is recovered. If the refund information is correct, the refund will be made to the designated account within 7-10 working days.
The return progress can be confirmed in Member Area>Order Inquiry.
How to exchange goods?
Due to the operating process, exchanges are not allowed. If the product you receive is defective or damaged during the delivery process, please contact us and a dedicated person will be responsible for handling the exchange.
How to get a refund?
The refund method will be based on the payment method you used.
- Credit card one-time payment: If you pay by credit card, we will refund your payment to the credit card account you originally used to pay.
- ATM payment: When you fill out the return application, be sure to fill in the correct refund account information according to the return and refund page. After the store confirms that the product return is completed, we will refund the money to your designated account within 7 to 10 working days.
- Convenience store/supermarket payment and pickup: When you fill in the return application, be sure to fill in the correct refund account information according to the return and refund page. Please also cooperate with the following matters to speed up the processing time of returns and exchanges:
1. Returned goods must maintain the integrity of the product body, original internal and external packaging, accessories, gifts, warranties, and all accompanying documents or information . Do not miss any accessories. It is recommended that you take photos for storage before returning the goods .
2. Please be sure to store the product in the original outer carton. If the outer carton has been discarded, please use other cartons to wrap the product in the original color box. Do not paste papers or writing directly on the original packaging. If the text and any behavior that will damage the outer color box are damaged, the necessary fees for restoration may be charged depending on the degree of damage.
3. If it is a single combined product, the [whole] order needs to be returned. Please do not return part of the product individually.
4. The refund amount is only limited to the amount of the goods ordered , and does not include the shipping cost of the order . If you return a single order, you will still need to pay the processing fee for the order (shipping and packaging fee of $70), which will be directly deducted from the refund amount.
5. Please do not send the goods back by yourself. Goods sent back by yourself without application will be rejected and returned without refund.
6. The products on the website are all personal hygiene products . Once opened, returns and exchanges will not be accepted ; products that do not meet the return standards will be returned and no refunds will be given.
7. Special products (such as short-term products/NG products) will not be accepted for returns or exchanges once sold.
8. When using ATM payment, supermarket payment, or cash on delivery, please fill in complete and correct refund information when applying for return.
