📦 國際配送說明

一、無法配送之商品

以下商品恕不提供海外及外島配送：

  1. Oui Organic 單方精油

  2. Oui Organic 複方精油

  3. 森朵恩泉 舒活泉水噴霧

  4. 香氛機

  5. 居家清潔產品

※ 若訂單包含以上商品，將無法順利出貨。

※ 若訂單包含以上贈品，將改贈等值、可配送海外的贈品。


二、運費與出貨時程

  1. 運費將依商品總重量與配送地址 自動計算，請先將商品加入購物車並輸入完整地址，系統會顯示運費金額。

  2. 海外/外島訂單固定每週一出貨（出貨區間：前一週四至當週三23點59分完成付款之訂單）

  3. 配送時間依各地區不同，請參考結帳頁面「運送方式」之標示。


三、關稅與清關規定

  1. 各國進口關稅標準不同，若須收取關稅，將由買家自行支付。

  2. 請使用 護照上的英文姓名 進行註冊／填寫收件人資訊，以免無法領取商品。

  3. 消費者需自行了解當地進口規範並配合清關手續。


四、退換貨與風險承擔

  1. 海外訂單恕不接受退換貨，敬請見諒。

  2. 若配送過程中導致商品破損，風險須由買家自行承擔。

  3. 若因 目的地海關規定、稅費未繳、收件人未配合清關或進口限制，導致包裹被 扣留、退回或銷毀：

  4. 運費將不予退還。

  5. 商品部分將依退回狀況決定是否退款，若已遭海關銷毀，恕無法退款。


五、商品遺失與責任

  1. 若因物流配送問題導致 包裹遺失或毀損，本公司將負責處理，並依情況提供 退款或重新寄送。

  2. 本公司將保留向物流業者申請理賠之權利。


六、特別聲明

  1. 國際配送可能因物流或海關因素而延誤，敬請耐心等候。

  2. 若消費者要求重新寄送，將視情況酌收額外運費。

📦 International Shipping Information

1. Items Not Eligible for International Shipping

The following products are not available for international or offshore shipping:

  • Oui Organic Essential Oils

  • Oui Organic Essential Oil Blends

  • Spring Water Spray

  • Aroma Diffusers

  • Household Cleaning Products

※ Orders containing any of the above items cannot be shipped internationally.
※ If an order includes restricted items as free gifts, they will be replaced with gifts of equal value that are eligible for international shipping.

2. Shipping Fees & Dispatch Schedule

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination address.
Please add items to your cart and enter a complete shipping address to view the applicable shipping cost.

  • International and offshore orders are dispatched once per week, every Monday.

  • Orders completed and paid between Thursday of the previous week and Wednesday at 11:59 PM (local time) will be included in the following Monday shipment.

Delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to the information shown under “Shipping Method” at checkout.

3. Customs Duties & Clearance

Import duties and taxes vary by country.
Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please register and enter the recipient’s name exactly as shown on the passport (in English) to avoid delivery or customs clearance issues.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local import regulations and customs clearance requirements.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Risk Allocation

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Any damage incurred during international transportation is borne by the buyer.

If a shipment is held, returned, or destroyed due to:

  • Destination country customs regulations

  • Unpaid duties or taxes

  • Failure of the recipient to cooperate with customs clearance

  • Import restrictions

Then:

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Product refunds will be assessed based on the return status.

  • If items are destroyed by customs, refunds will not be available.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost or damaged due to logistics-related issues, we will take responsibility for handling the case and will provide a refund or reshipment, depending on the circumstances.

We reserve the right to file claims with the logistics provider.

6. Special Notice

International shipments may be delayed due to logistics or customs processes.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If a customer requests reshipment, additional shipping fees may apply depending on the situation.
